Dr. Nouf is a consultant clinical psychologist at Kings College London in Jeddah, with expertise in providing psychological care to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Kent and her master's degree at Kings College London. After working for a few years in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Nouf returned to California to complete her doctorate in clinical psychology at the Wright Institute, with an emphasis on child and adolescent psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral and post-doctoral fellowships at the University of California San Francisco, where she focused her clinical work and research on immigrant communities, specifically Middle Eastern and North African immigrants.

Dr. Nouf has provided treatment and conducted evaluations for individuals in hospital, school, clinical settings, and community health centers. She is passionate about working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and values cultural awareness in a therapeutic setting. As a bilingual clinician, Dr. Nouf provides services in both English and Arabic to help individuals and their families cope with stressors, traumatic experiences, and enhance their sense of self.

She encourages and supports each individual through the application of evidence-based therapeutic models and relational support. Dr. Nouf utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, acculturation stress, identity issues, and relational difficulties.
