  • Co-payment depends on your policy class and the service. We will tell you the expected co-payment at registration before the consultation begins.

  • Most outpatient pre-authorisations are returned within an hour. Inpatient and high-cost procedures may take 24–72 hours, depending on the insurer.

  • Yes. Our financial-counselling team will walk you through any uncovered amount, payment plans, and self-pay rates before you commit.

  • We work with several international and TPA partners (including Allianz and GlobeMed). For other carriers, we can issue itemised invoices in English suitable for reimbursement claims.
