  Use the eligibility check on this page or call the 24/7 Care Line on 920 066 668. Bring your insurance card and a national ID or iqama on the day of your visit.

• Will I be charged a co-payment?

  Co-payment depends on your policy class and the service. We will tell you the expected co-payment at registration before the consultation begins.

• How long does pre-authorisation take?

  Most outpatient pre-authorisations are returned within an hour. Inpatient and high-cost procedures may take 24–72 hours, depending on the insurer.

• If my procedure isn't fully covered, can I pay the difference?

  Yes. Our financial-counselling team will walk you through any uncovered amount, payment plans, and self-pay rates before you commit.

• Do you accept international insurance?

  We work with several international and TPA partners (including GlobeMed). For other carriers, we can issue itemised invoices in English suitable for reimbursement claims.
