Many cases respond to compression and lifestyle measures. We reserve laser, RFA or surgery for symptomatic veins or skin changes.

Small aneurysms are monitored with imaging. Larger ones are repaired endovascularly (EVAR) or with open surgery, decided in MDT.

Urgent referrals are seen within 24–48 hours through our limb-salvage pathway, with podiatry and infection control on-site.
