Questions before you book.

  • Most patients walk on the day of surgery, leave hospital in 2–3 days, and return to driving in 4–6 weeks. Full recovery takes 3–6 months.

  • Some patients manage with rehab alone, especially less active ones. Surgery is recommended for sports return or persistent instability.

  • Yes. Knee, shoulder and hip arthroscopy are routine. Recovery is much faster than open surgery.

  • Yes. Paediatric orthopaedics covers club foot, hip dysplasia, scoliosis and fractures, in clinics designed for children.
